How to Initiate an Exchange
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +917432890799 within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made on other platforms will not be processed.
Hygiene & Quality Standards
All exchange items go through a detailed inspection by our team to ensure hygiene and quality. Based on this evaluation, your exchange request may be approved or declined.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
The item shows signs of use.
The item is damaged when returned.
Exchange Shipping Process
Our logistics partner will collect the item from your address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Who Pays for Shipping?
THRD will cover shipping charges only in these cases:
Manufacturing defect in the product.
Incorrect sizing as per THRD’s size chart (we may request fitting images for verification).
In all other situations, the customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If you believe your product is defective, send images to +917432890799 via WhatsApp. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Exchange Limitations
Each item can only be exchanged once for size.
Exchange depends on stock availability—if your size is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
Store Credit Details
Store credit will be given if the desired exchange size is unavailable.
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be provided in the form of store credit.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within the same day of purchase. After that, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for any orders.
